There are no extra charges for heating or insurance.
A full day’s board is charged for the day of arrival and departure. This is to allow for the essential disinfection and preparation of chalet. Should you return early to collect your cat, the full period will be charged.
Our fees are inclusive of quality food, bedding, heating and insurance. Pre-existing conditions are excluded.
We do not charge for the administration of medications such as insulin or tablets. However, owners are asked to provide for special diets or prescription diets, for example, Hills.
